We are committed to helping our customers and communities in Northern California recover and rebuild from the devastating 2017 wildfires. Our dedicated PG&E team members, many who live and work in the same impacted communities, are working to restore gas and electric services and are partnering directly with customers to support them through the entire rebuild process.
Working together with our customers we will:
We stand with our customers in Northern California and will work side-by-side with them every step of the way until the job is done.
If you are looking to rebuild in a fire-impacted area in Sonoma County, temporary or permanent power is now available for customers and contractors in all subdivisions.
PG&E has set up a dedicated team within our Building and Renovation Services department to work directly with customers impacted by the wildfires. Each customer within the fire-damage zones designated by CAL FIRE who needs new or changed service from PG&E will be assigned a PG&E representative to help with new or modified gas or electric service.
At PG&E, we know that this is a difficult time for customers impacted by the 2017 Northern California wildfires. It is our goal to support you – on your schedule and through your preferred method.
